AppExit: sell an app or website without showing its name.

AppExit (آب إكزت) is a marketplace for buying and selling apps, websites and software, built and run by Vilartech. Sellers list the kind of project, its monthly numbers and the price, not its name or links, and need no registered company or documents. Buyers accept a confidentiality agreement and send a request. The seller decides who sees the rest.

A running project has users or income, as the seller states. A launched one is published but earns nothing yet. Source code is sold with no users or income, to run under a new name or build on. Each kind has its own form, filters and tab.

The name stays private. The pictures are the seller’s call.

The listing text never names the app and the links stay hidden. The seller can still show its logo and chosen screenshots, because real pictures sell.

  1. 01

    A listing without a name

The kind of app, its platforms, its numbers and the price. The links do not appear.

  2. 02

    Public or private pictures

For each screenshot or video, the seller picks: public, or shown only to approved buyers.

  3. 03

    Confidentiality agreement

A buyer accepts the agreement before sending a request.

  4. 04

    Seller approval

The name, links and private pictures open only for a buyer the seller approved.

Two paths, one platform.

If you are selling

  1. 1Pick the kind of app and its platforms, and the listing title is written for you.
  2. 2Enter the asking price and the monthly numbers if there are any: revenue, profit and users.
  3. 3Write a short description and choose what the buyer gets: the code, the domain, the store accounts.
  4. 4Staff read the public listing before it goes live, so it does not give the app away.
  5. 5Buyers send requests, the seller approves the ones they want, and they talk on the site.

If you are buying

  1. 1Browse apps and websites for sale with their monthly numbers and price.
  2. 2Create an account and verify the mobile number.
  3. 3Accept the confidentiality agreement and send the seller a request.
  4. 4Once approved, see the app’s name, links and private screenshots, and talk on the site.
  5. 5Check the numbers, the code and the accounts before paying. AppExit never holds money.

What Vilartech built into it.

Nameless listings

The headline and description never name the app and the links stay hidden. Staff read the public text before it goes live.

Three project types

Running, launched without revenue, and source code, each with its own form, filters and catalogue tab.

Public or private media

Screenshots and videos, by link or upload, each public or kept for approved buyers. Nothing goes public without a staff check.

AI listing help

Paste a description written anywhere, even in ChatGPT, and the form fills itself. The seller then checks each step.

App valuation

An indicative range from monthly profit, with its own table for subscriptions, mobile and web apps, stores and games.

Partial sale and partners

Sell a share to an investor, or bring in a partner to grow the app, instead of selling all of it.

Auto-accept, and take it back

Sellers can let verified buyers in at once, keep files locked until they open them, and close anyone’s access later.

Saved searches

Buyers save a search and hear about new matches, and a weekly email lists the newest apps for sale.

Arabic and English

Each listing is translated both ways, and the site is open to sellers and buyers in any country.

What AppExit does not do

The seller writes the numbers. The buyer checks them.

AppExit does not check the numbers, the code or who owns the app. Staff read the public listing only to keep the app’s name out of it. AppExit is not a broker, takes no part in negotiation or contracts, and never holds anyone’s money: payment and handover are between buyer and seller, who can bring in a lawyer or a technical expert.

Questions about AppExit.

Who owns and runs AppExit?

AppExit is a product of Vilartech, a software company in Egypt. It comes from the CompanyExit team, and Vilartech builds and runs both sites.

Do I need a registered company to sell on AppExit?

No. A seller can sell the app itself: the code, the domain, the Google Play and App Store accounts and the users. A registered company can be sold whole on CompanyExit.

Does AppExit check the numbers or the ownership?

No. The seller writes every number, and AppExit does not check them or who owns the app or the code. Buyers check everything themselves before paying.

How much does it cost?

Listing, browsing and requests are free during the launch period, with no commission on the sale.

Can Vilartech build a marketplace like this for my business?

Yes. Vilartech builds bilingual platforms for Egypt: marketplaces, CRMs, websites and apps. Get in touch through the contact page.
