CRM · Website · Apps

Three products that behave like one system.

Most real estate teams in Egypt buy a CRM from one vendor and a website from another, never get an app, and end up with three sets of numbers that disagree. V Estate is the CRM, the bilingual property website and the apps for your team and your buyers — three products reading one database, which is why the numbers agree. One inventory. One customer record. One set of numbers.

Chat on WhatsApp

The problem is not the CRM. It is the seams.

The agency that built your website cannot see your inventory, so a sold unit stays on the site until someone remembers to take it down. Website inquiries arrive as emails that somebody re-types into the CRM, hours later, minus the campaign they came from. Buyers who ask for your app get a link to a mobile browser.

And at the end of the month there are three reports: traffic from the agency, spend from Meta, deals from the CRM. None of them reconcile, so nobody can answer the only question that matters — which campaign paid for itself. Every one of those failures is a seam between two products that were never designed to meet.

The three parts, and what each one does.

Part 1 — The CRM

Where the selling happens

Leads, WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram in one inbox, an Arabic AI assistant that replies and qualifies, developer inventory by project, phase and unit, viewings, deals and commission splits. This is the system of record; everything else reads from it.

Part 2 — The website

Your listings site, built inside the CRM

A drag-and-drop editor with 60+ blocks, five themes, your logo, colours and fonts, five standard pages plus unlimited custom ones, full Arabic and English with RTL, server-rendered for speed and SEO, with sitemap, robots and structured data. Runs on your own domain with SSL. Part of the CRM Connect plan.

Part 3 — The apps

One for your team, one for your buyers

Your agents get the V Estate CRM app, branded with your identity after sign-in, with push notifications, and caller ID on CRM Connect. Separately, we build and publish a fully branded buyer app under your own name and icon, feeding saved properties and callback requests into the same CRM.

Two different apps. Say which one you mean.

Most vendors blur these together. We would rather be precise, because the difference decides what you get.

For your team · included

The V Estate CRM app

Your agents install it from the App Store or Google Play and scan a setup QR code once to point it at your company. From sign-in onwards it wears your logo, your company name and your brand colour. It is the same CRM as the web, not a mobile site.

  • Push notifications the second a lead arrives
  • Caller ID on CRM Connect: the phone rings and you know which lead it is
  • Face ID or fingerprint lock, camera, location, one-tap WhatsApp
  • Keeps working on a weak connection

To be exact: this is one shared app listing that every V Estate team uses, branded with your identity inside after sign-in. It is not published in the stores under your own company name.

For your buyers · add-on, quoted per project

Your own branded buyer app

A property-browsing app under your name, your icon and your colours, listing your inventory and sending every request into your CRM. We design, build and publish it for you. Massive Real Estate is live on both stores today.

  • Browse, search and filter by sale, rent or daily rental
  • Save favourites — the same saved list as your website
  • One tap to WhatsApp or call the agent, or send an inquiry
  • Sign-in gates that turn browsers into named contacts
  • Requests arrive as leads in the same pipeline as your website

To be exact: we build it as a project rather than a switch you flip, we publish it under our developer account, and it does not send push notifications yet.

What actually happens when a buyer writes to you.

This is the chain, in order, whether the form was on your website or inside your branded app. It is the same pipeline either way.

01

A buyer submits a form on your website, or an inquiry in your branded app

The same endpoint handles both, so app and web inquiries behave identically.

02

Cloudflare Turnstile checks it

Bot submissions are rejected before they ever reach your pipeline.

03

Duplicates merge

If the phone or email already exists, the message joins that lead instead of creating a second copy of the same person.

04

A lead is created, with its source and its timeline

The original message is written onto the lead card, so the agent reads what the buyer actually asked.

05

Campaign attribution is attached

UTM tags link the lead to the campaign that produced it, which is what makes cost per lead and ROAS real numbers rather than estimates.

06

The lead is auto-assigned to an agent

Round-robin or by capacity, following the rules you set.

07

The agent and their manager get a push notification

On the phone, in seconds, wherever they are.

08

The buyer gets a confirmation email

So the person who just filled in your form knows they reached a real company.

One honest note: the Arabic AI assistant answers people who message you on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram. It does not chase form leads by itself. A form lead gets assigned, pushed and emailed — the calling is still your team’s job, which is why response time is a column in Team Performance.

One set of numbers everyone can agree on.

Because the traffic, the ad spend, the conversations and the deals are all recorded against the same leads, these dashboards describe one reality rather than three.

Website Analytics

Page views, unique visitors, property views, inquiries, conversion rate, WhatsApp click-through, bounce rate and session length, with top pages, top properties, geography, devices, referrers, campaigns and live visitors on your site right now.

Campaigns

Leads, worked and qualified percentages, won deals and revenue, spend, cost per won deal and ROAS, with CSV export.

Facebook Ad Analytics

Impressions, spend, leads, qualified leads, WhatsApp messages, cost per lead and cost per close, lead quality and buyer attribution.

Dashboard

Active pipeline and what is at risk, new leads, won deals, conversion against the previous period, follow-up health, lead channel mix and revenue, over 7, 30 or 90 days.

Team Performance

Around 23 columns per agent: open leads, leads untouched for 24 hours, median first response inside working hours, calls and talk time, tasks, qualified, won, revenue and SLA misses, with a heatmap and CSV export.

Conversation Performance

Across your messaging channels: what the AI answered versus what people answered, human first-response times, what is still unanswered, and what was replied to outside the CRM.

Dashboards, reports and team monitoring are in every plan. Website and Facebook ad analytics come with CRM Connect, the plan that also carries the website. Exports are CSV and JSON.

Who this is for.

Brokerages running paid ads

You spend on Meta every month and cannot prove which campaign produced which closed deal. One system attributes the lead from click to contract.

Developers selling their own projects

Your inventory is the product. Publish a unit to the website with one toggle, keep availability true in one place, and let the sales team, the website and the buyer app all read it.

Teams stitching three vendors together

A CRM from one company, a website from an agency, no app, and three sets of numbers that never agree. This replaces the stitching.

Frequently asked questions.

Does V Estate include a website?

Yes, on the CRM Connect plan. Your property website is built inside the CRM with a drag-and-drop editor and 60+ ready blocks, runs on your own domain with SSL, and is fully bilingual Arabic and English with right-to-left layout. It is not a separate product from another vendor: it reads the same inventory your agents work in, so publishing a unit is a toggle on the property, and every inquiry becomes a lead in the same pipeline.

Do the website, the app and the CRM share the same data?

Yes. Each client has one database, and the CRM, the public website and the mobile apps all read and write to it. A unit exists once. A buyer who saves a property on your website and then signs in on your app sees the same saved list, because it is the same customer record. And when that buyer sends an inquiry from either place, it lands in the same pipeline, with the message on the lead timeline.

Can I get my own real estate app in the App Store and Google Play?

Yes, as a branded buyer app that we build and publish for you. It carries your name, your icon and your colours, lists your inventory, and sends saved properties and callback requests straight into your CRM. Massive Real Estate is live on both stores today. It is a service we deliver per client, quoted per project, and it is published under our developer account. It does not send push notifications yet.

Does my team get a mobile app too?

Yes, and it is included. Your agents install the V Estate CRM app from the App Store or Google Play, point it at your company once by scanning a setup QR code, and from the moment they sign in your logo, company name and brand colour take over the app. It is the same CRM as the web, not a mobile website: push notifications for new leads, camera, location and one-tap WhatsApp, plus caller ID that recognises a lead when the phone rings on the CRM Connect plan. Note that this is one shared app listing, branded inside after sign-in, rather than your own listing in the stores.

What analytics do I get across the website, ads and the sales team?

Website analytics (page views, unique visitors, property views, inquiries, conversion rate, top pages and properties, referrers, campaigns and live visitors), campaign analytics with spend, cost per won deal and ROAS, Facebook ad analytics, a dashboard with pipeline, conversion and follow-up health, Team Performance with around 23 per-agent columns including median first response time, Conversation Performance across your messaging channels, and a WhatsApp funnel from chats to clients. Dashboards, reports and team monitoring are in every plan; website and ad analytics come with CRM Connect. Exports are CSV and JSON.

What happens when someone submits a form on my website?

The form is checked against Cloudflare Turnstile, then matched against your existing contacts so a returning buyer merges into their existing lead instead of creating a duplicate. The lead is created with its source and campaign attribution from the UTM tags, the original message is written to the lead timeline, the lead is auto-assigned to an agent by your rules, and that agent and their manager get a push notification on their phone. The buyer gets a confirmation email. Note that the AI assistant replies to inbound chat messages; it does not chase form leads on its own.
