CompanyExit - Buy and Sell Companies in Egypt

CompanyExit (كومباني إكزت) is a marketplace built and run by Vilartech for owners who want to sell a company in Egypt, a share in it, or bring in a partner, and for buyers looking for one.

Project Overview

Owners list their business without its name. Buyers browse the listings and send a request; the owner reads each request and decides who gets the details. Phone numbers are confirmed by a WhatsApp code from the CompanyExit WhatsApp number (+20 11 08116625).

  • Nameless listings: the company name stays private until the owner shares it
  • Buyer requests: buyers explain who they are, the owner accepts or declines
  • Partner deals: owners can look for a partner instead of a full sale
  • WhatsApp verification: phone numbers are confirmed with a one-time code on WhatsApp
