A software studio that ships its own products.
Vilartech started in Cairo in 2024. We build software for Egyptian businesses, and we run four of those products ourselves.
Most software sold here was built somewhere else.
Egyptian businesses have spent years adapting to tools designed for other markets: interfaces that fight Arabic, workflows built around a sales culture that is not ours, and pricing in a currency that moves against them.
We started Vilartech to build the other way around. Arabic first, WhatsApp as a primary channel rather than an integration, local tax and payment rails, and pricing in Egyptian pounds. What began as client work became a set of products we now run and support ourselves.

We run what we build
Our products are in production with paying customers on our own infrastructure. When something breaks at 2am, it is our phone that rings, which is why reliability is a design constraint and not a checkbox.
Arabic is not an afterthought
Every product ships bilingual from the first commit: right-to-left layouts, Arabic AI that handles Egyptian dialect, and local payment and tax integrations. Retrofitting this later never works properly.
Scope is agreed before work starts
Discovery produces a written scope, a timeline and a number. If the scope changes, we say so and requote rather than absorbing it quietly and slipping the date.
No templates
We do not adapt a theme and call it custom. Systems are built around how your team actually works, which takes longer up front and costs less to live with.
