V Estate vs Whispyr: WhatsApp AI Real Estate CRMs Compared (Egypt, 2026)

V Estate and Whispyr are natural to compare, because on the surface they promise the same thing: stop losing leads in WhatsApp, and let AI help your agents sell. Look closer and they make different choices about how they connect to WhatsApp, what language the product speaks, how far the property model goes, and what currency you pay in.

We make V Estate, so read this knowing we have a stake. Everything we say about Whispyr is taken from its own website and pricing page, reviewed on 19 September 2026.

The short answer

Whispyr is a sharp choice for an individual agent or a small, English-comfortable team who want their WhatsApp chats organised, AI lead scoring to tell them who to call first, and a simple per-seat price in dollars.

V Estate is the better fit if you want the whole sales operation in one Arabic-first system: official WhatsApp Business API plus Messenger and Instagram in one inbox, Meta lead ads in seconds, an AI assistant that replies and books callbacks in Arabic around the clock, project and unit inventory, a bilingual website, and pricing in Egyptian pounds.

Where Whispyr is strong

Clear, published, per-seat pricing. Whispyr lists its plans openly, with a free trial, a single-agent plan and extra seats sold individually. For a solo agent that simplicity is attractive.

Lead scoring and prioritisation. Whispyr's pitch is telling an agent "exactly who to call right now". If your team already replies quickly and your problem is deciding where to spend the next hour, scoring is useful.

AI writing help. Whispyr says its AI drafts and improves outreach messages in the agent's own tone, and matches leads to relevant projects from saved criteria.

Where V Estate is stronger

Arabic all the way through. Whispyr's site says Arabic is supported in messages and lead data but that the interface is currently English. V Estate's interface, reports, templates and AI assistant are all Arabic with proper right-to-left layout today. For teams whose agents and managers work in Arabic, that is the difference between a tool people use and one they avoid.

An AI assistant that replies, not just scores. Scoring ranks leads for a human to call later. V Estate's assistant answers the buyer immediately on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram, asks the qualifying questions (budget, area, unit type, timing), checks your real inventory when it answers, and books the callback with an agent. A lead that messages at midnight gets a useful answer at midnight.

Official WhatsApp Business API. V Estate uses the official API, with approved templates for outbound messages, merge tags and drip campaigns, and every conversation logged on the lead's timeline. The conversation history belongs to the company, not to an agent's phone. Whispyr describes syncing chats from agents' phones with "anti-ban" technology; ask how that works and what happens to a number if WhatsApp restricts it.

Every channel and every ad in one place. Facebook and Instagram lead ads arrive in under two seconds, Messenger and Instagram DMs sit next to WhatsApp, and the distribution engine routes each lead instantly, with SLA rules that reassign it if the first agent does not respond.

A real estate model, and a website. V Estate tracks projects, phases and units with availability and payment plans, runs the pipeline from first contact to contract, calculates commission splits, and publishes listings to a bilingual website on your own brand that feeds inquiries back into the CRM.

Pricing in pounds. V Estate starts at 750 EGP a month on the Basic plan, which includes 5 users (the minimum team size), or 7,500 EGP a year for the CRM itself; plans that add the WhatsApp AI assistant, Messenger and Instagram, and the website are priced above that and quoted by sales. Paying in EGP means your software cost does not move when the dollar does. See the pricing page.

Comparing prices fairly

The headline numbers are not like for like. Whispyr's plans include its AI features; V Estate's 750 EGP Basic plan is the CRM without the AI assistant. When you compare, line up the same scope: number of seats, WhatsApp numbers, AI usage (Whispyr includes AI credits; V Estate AI plans include 5,000 V Points a month), channels, website, and what an extra seat costs. Then convert the dollar price at today's rate and ask yourself what it will be in a year.

Questions to ask in both demos

  1. How exactly do you connect to WhatsApp, and can we send approved template messages to leads outside the 24-hour window?
  2. What happens to a new lead that messages at 11 p.m.: does anything reply in Arabic and book a callback?
  3. How long from a Facebook lead-form submission to the lead in front of an agent?
  4. Can our managers use the whole system in Arabic?
  5. Where do our units live, and can the AI answer from them?

How to decide

  • Solo agent, English is fine, WhatsApp is everything, you want to start today on a card: try Whispyr.
  • Brokerage or developer team, Arabic-first, leads coming from Meta ads and three messaging channels, inventory to manage: V Estate.
