If you are shortlisting real estate CRMs in Egypt, V Estate and Amtalek will almost certainly both be on the list. Both are Egyptian, both are Arabic, and both are built for property rather than adapted from a generic sales tool. But they answer different questions, and picking the wrong one means paying for breadth you do not use, or missing depth you do.
This is our honest head-to-head. We make V Estate, so we have a stake, and we say so. Everything we state about Amtalek comes from its own public website, reviewed on 19 September 2026. Where its site does not say, we tell you what to ask rather than guess.
The short answer
Choose Amtalek if you want one local vendor to run several back-office functions (CRM plus HR, payroll, accounting and inventory) and you value listing exposure on its property search app.
Choose V Estate if your priority is the sales engine: every lead from WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Meta lead ads in one inbox, an AI assistant that replies and qualifies in Arabic around the clock, and published pricing in Egyptian pounds.
In one line: Amtalek broadens what you administer; V Estate deepens how you sell.

Where Amtalek is strong
Amtalek's clearest advantage is breadth from one vendor. Its CRM page describes four modules: lead and customer management, team and employee management (recruitment, payroll, attendance and automatically calculated KPIs), stock and property management, and financial and expense tracking. For an agency that currently runs HR in one tool, accounting in another and leads in a spreadsheet, consolidating all of that with a single Egyptian supplier is a real simplification.
The second advantage is the marketplace. Amtalek also runs a consumer property search site and app, which it describes as "Egypt's most trusted property search app". If listing exposure on a portal matters to your business, that is something a pure CRM does not give you.
Where V Estate is stronger
WhatsApp as the core, not a button. In Egypt the deal happens on WhatsApp. V Estate connects through the official WhatsApp Business API, so every client message, voice note and file lands on the lead's timeline, visible to the manager, and stays with the company when an agent leaves. Approved templates, merge tags and drip campaigns are built in, and the 24-hour messaging window is tracked so conversations do not go cold.
An AI assistant that actually sells. V Estate's assistant answers inbound WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram messages in Arabic or English, asks the qualifying questions (budget, area, unit type, timing), searches your real inventory when it answers, and books a callback with the right agent, at 2 a.m. as easily as at 2 p.m. That is different from AI that ranks a list for a human to work through the next morning.
Speed from ad to agent. Facebook and Instagram lead-ad forms arrive in V Estate in under two seconds, and the distribution engine routes each lead to an agent immediately (round-robin, least-loaded or manual), with SLA rules that reassign a lead if nobody responds in time. In a market where every serious buyer fills in three forms in an afternoon, minutes matter.
One inbox for every channel. WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram DMs sit together, attached to the same lead, instead of on three phones.
A website that feeds the CRM. Every V Estate plan with a website publishes your listings to a bilingual Arabic/English site that stays in sync with inventory and sends inquiries straight into the pipeline, on your own brand and domain rather than inside a portal shared with competitors.
Published pricing. V Estate starts at 750 EGP a month on the Basic plan, which includes 5 users (the minimum team size), or 7,500 EGP a year (two months free on annual billing) for the CRM itself; plans that add the AI assistant, Messenger and Instagram, and the website are priced above that. You know the starting number before the first call. See the pricing page.
What V Estate does not do
To be fair about it: V Estate is not an HR, payroll or general accounting system. It tracks deals and calculates broker, agency and agent commission splits, and it reports on team performance and conversion, but it will not run your attendance sheet or your ledger. If replacing those tools is the main reason you are shopping, Amtalek's suite is aimed at exactly that.
Questions to ask Amtalek in the demo
Amtalek's public pages do not cover these points, so ask directly:
- WhatsApp depth. Are two-way WhatsApp conversations captured and logged on the lead record, or is it a click-to-chat button from the agent's own phone?
- After-hours response. Does anything reply to a new lead in Arabic at night, qualify it, and book a callback?
- Meta lead ads. How long from a buyer submitting a Facebook or Instagram form to the lead appearing in front of an agent: seconds, or a periodic import?
- Messenger and Instagram. Are DMs in the same inbox as WhatsApp?
- Total cost. Subscription, setup, migration, WhatsApp costs and the price of one more seat.
Ask V Estate the same five questions. We will answer them on your own leads in the demo.
How to decide
- Your biggest problem is admin sprawl (HR, payroll, accounting and CRM all in different places): shortlist Amtalek.
- Your biggest problem is leads going cold (slow replies, WhatsApp chats on personal phones, Meta leads sitting unassigned): shortlist V Estate.
- You need both: V Estate can run sales alongside a dedicated accounting or HR tool. Price both routes before assuming one suite is cheaper.
