Delete Your Account

We respect your right to erasure. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your AI Oil Plus account and all associated data.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your vehicles, oil change records, and maintenance history will be erased and cannot be recovered.

Method 1 — Delete in the App (Recommended)

    Open AI Oil Plus on your device.

    Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. 3
    Scroll to the very bottom of the Profile screen.
  4. 4
    Tap the Delete Account button (shown in red).
  5. 5
    Read the confirmation dialog and tap Confirm Delete to proceed. Your account will be deleted immediately.

Method 2 — Request via Email If you no longer have access to the app, email our support team. We will process your deletion request within 7 business days.

Retained data cannot be linked back to you or your account. No personal data is kept after deletion.

Deletion Timeline

  1. ✓
    Immediately: Your account is disabled and you are signed out of all devices.
  2. 24h
    Within 24 hours: All personal data is removed from our active Firestore database.
  3. 30d
    Within 30 days: Data is purged from all backups and disaster-recovery systems.
