Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Oil Plus, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our application.

Application Usage

AI Oil Plus provides tools for tracking vehicle maintenance. The application and all content, features, and functionality are provided for your information and personal use only, and on an 'as is', 'as available' basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any information provided through the application is accurate, complete, or current.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your device. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

User Content

You retain all rights in any content you submit, post, or display on or through the application ('User Content'). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through the application, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.

Intellectual Property

AI Oil Plus and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AI Oil Plus and its licensors. The application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AI Oil Plus.

Subscription Terms and Billing

By subscribing to AI Oil Plus premium features, you agree to the following terms:

• Subscription Plans: We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans with different features and pricing as displayed in the app
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Google Play or Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the respective app store
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the app store's refund policy

6️⃣ Privacy

Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information, is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7️⃣ Subscription and Billing

• Details about subscription terms, billing, and cancellation are provided in our Subscription Policy.
• Refund information is available in our Refund Policy.

8️⃣A Google Play Billing Compliance

All purchases are processed by Google Play and comply with Google Play policies.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Google Play before the end of the current period.

Free trials require explicit opt-in and will not charge until you subscribe after the trial ends.

Refunds within 48 hours are handled by Google's "Report a problem" tool. After 48 hours we do not provide prorated refunds.

8️⃣B Facebook Login & Data-Deletion

Users who signed in with Facebook can delete their data via the in-app **Delete Account** button or by removing Oil Change Tracker in **Facebook ▸ Settings » Apps & Websites**.

You may also e-mail support@oilplus.com with subject "Facebook Data Deletion Request".

9️⃣ Termination

• We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
• All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

1️⃣0️⃣ Disclaimer of Warranties

• The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

🔟 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the app.
• Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

1️⃣2️⃣ Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

1️⃣4️⃣ Account Deletion

• You can delete your account at any time by going to the Profile screen and tapping the "Delete Account" button at the bottom.
• For your security, you will be asked to confirm by typing "DELETE" to proceed.
• Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
• Account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through Google Play to avoid future charges.
