Terms of Service — My Leads

The agreement

By using My Leads you agree to these terms. If you do not, do not use the app.

My Leads stores your sales leads and lets you update them by voice. Voice updates are produced by a

machine learning model and are always shown to you as a proposal that you approve or reject. Nothing

is written to your records without your confirmation.

You own the records you create. We store them to provide the service and for no other purpose. You

can delete all of them at any time from Plan → Delete account.

The free plan includes a limited number of voice updates each month; the current number is shown on

the Plan screen. Pro raises that limit and removes advertising.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us. We never see your payment details.
They renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled in the App Store or Google Play.
Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.
New accounts include a 14-day trial with 10 voice updates. It requires no card and ends on

its own.

Voice updates are produced by a model and can be wrong. That is why every one is a proposal you

review. You are responsible for what you approve.

Do not use My Leads to store data you have no right to hold, to send unsolicited messages, or to

break the law where you are. Do not attempt to circumvent the usage limits or to access another

account's data.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it. Your leads remain on your device and

usable when our servers are not.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost

business or lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is

being used to break these terms.

We will give notice in the app before a material change takes effect.
