Delete your My Leads account
My Leads (by Vilartech) lets you delete your account and everything in it from inside the app.
It takes two taps and does not need a support request.
In the app
- Open My Leads and go to the Plan tab.
- Choose Delete account — it reads Delete everything if you
never signed in — and confirm.
It runs immediately and cannot be undone.
If you have already uninstalled the app
Email [email protected] from the address you
signed in with and ask for the account to be deleted. A person answers and the deletion is the
same one the app performs.
What is deleted
- Your account and the email address you signed in with.
- Every lead you created: names, phone numbers, notes, deal values and activity.
- Voice transcripts and the proposals made from them, and your usage records.
- Your push notification token, if reminders were ever turned on.
- The copy on the phone, when you delete from inside the app.
What is kept
- Nothing of yours is kept on our servers after a deletion.
- Audio recordings were never kept in the first place: a recording is sent for transcription
and discarded, and only the text is stored — which is deleted with everything else.
- Your subscription record belongs to Apple or Google, not to us, and is governed by their
terms. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in the App Store or in
Google Play.
